A delicious banana cake made with whole wheat flour & dry fruits a bit healthier quick & easy to make.
I'm a big fan of banana cake when its over ripe i just mash them & ready to make a easy banana cake.
I've already posted a similar Banana cake .
Ingredients :
- 300 gm over ripe bananas.
- 200 gm whole wheat flour.
- 40 gm each of walnut , almonds & cranberry.
- 1/2 cup refined oil or any other oil.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda.
- 3 eggs.
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder.
- 200 gm brown sugar.
- 1/8 cup Luke warm water.
METHOD:
- Grease a loaf pan with butter & line it with parchment paper.
- Chop the dry fruits roughly , Add the cranberries & mix well with 1 tbsp flour. Pre- heat the oven for 170 C .
- In large bowl add the bananas & mash them well as you can see in the video ☝ next add all the ingredients ( except ) the dry fruits & beat well till smooth .
- Next fold in the dry fruits & 1/8 cup Luke warm water & mix well with the spatula.
- Transfer the batter into the lined loaf tin & garnish with chopped walnuts. bake in 190 c for 45 mins or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean .
- Remove from the oven & let it cool in the pan for a few min.Then remove from the pan & let it cool completely before serving .
- Slice & serve 😋 stays in refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks serve warm.
