Welcome to my site.......
Enteswadhu its a Malayalam word means my taste.cooking, art & craft is my hobby
.
Born in kerala & brought up in mangalore, married & settled in Bangalore, grew up in a house obsessed with food where the sizzling smell of frying meat & the aroma of the deep frying snacks is a part of our daily lives.
This blog is about my taste, traditional recipes, sweet memories cooking with my mom & mother in law & recipes from books & watching t.v, & cooking according to my taste.
My first experience in cooking, opphs!!!!!! i can' t forget, when i was 14 years old my sister & myself decided to prepare cutlets, don't ask it was not at all good, the green peas was not cooked, dad tasted it an said it was good & had 2 cutlets. i felt dad was really a encouraging booster dose i got from dad.
Due to my interest in cooking i joined the home science & learnt a lot about cooking, crochet,
embrodery, tatting, painting. i simply love art & craft of all types.
Pamela (my friend) who loves to come home & taste my food gave me the idea to share my recipes so that it remains forever & thanks to priyanka also my friend for helping me create this blog.
So here i am going to share my recipes, may be some of the recipes are common but it depends on your taste bud you are used to, you can adjust the spices to your liking. it has to be kept in mind that every person has an individual sense of taste & the quantity of certain ingredients like salt, chilly powder etc....... should be altered to your liking.
Take a walk through my blog & indulge yourself with the aromas in my kitchen & leave a respectful comments or just say Hi.....
So go ahead & try them all....... :) :)
