Making paneer at home is at home is much easier & have no preservatives 0r corn starch & you can have fresh ,soft paneer.
With few ingredients & making it in whole cream milk & a paneer mould it's like you bought from a store.

Ingredients :
- 2 Liters whole cream milk
- 2 Juicy lime.
Method :
- Pour 2 liters milk in a heavy bottomed pot & bring to a boil.
- When the milk comes to a boil turn off the flame& add lime juice give a gentle stir. cover with a lid for 2 min.
- Milk begins to curdle ( if it doesn’t curdle add more lime juice & allow it to boil once more.) & solids separate from the whey. turn off the flame.
- As you can see in the video place a paneer mould on a colander layer the paneer mould with a clean cheese or muslin cloth.
- Transfer all the curdled milk on the paneer mould. Once all is drained pour cold water to remove the acidic flavor.
- Rinse the paneer well a 2 times in cold water.
- Close the paneer with the cloth & cover with the paneer mould lid & place a heavy object over it & keep aside for a few min to drain the excess whey.
- Remove the paneer block on a plate & refrigerate for a few mins .
- The paneer is ready. Cube the paneer use fresh or refrigerate for further use.
