Fried Drumstick Masala

Drumstick known as muringa in Malayalam is a long pod like fruit with seeds. It is usually used as vegetable in most south Indian dishes. The leaves are also used in variety of cuisine's in South East Asia. My co-sis once told me that if u have a drumstick tree at home then it is like having a doc at home, as the drumstick/ muringa tree is useful in both food and medicine.
Every part of the tree is used from the bark, leaves, fruit & seeds.

For those of you who have not seen a drumstick, here is a picture.

If your looking for something different from the usual drumstick affair then you should try this dish & I'm sure you'll love...Always use tender & fresh drumstick to get more flavorful  dish.
