Jamun & mango Smoothie

 Jamuns/ Indian black berry/black plum is easily available in summer & these berries are power packed with many health benefits,good for the skin & is liked by many for it's unique taste ,when in season you should have this humble jamun / black plum regularly ,i love to eat this fruits as it is or add in smoothies ..
Presenting jamun  mango smoothie which is a must try..





Serves : 3
Ingredients :
  • 1 cup chilled hung curd.
  • 1 cup chilled milkmaid.
  • 200 gm jamun fruit.
  • 200 gm ripe mango pieces.
  • Few jamun slices, mango slices & pomegranate.
Method :
  • In a bowl add water baking soda & vinegar &Soak the jamuns  for 1 hr.Then rinse it 2-3 times.
  • Cut slices out of each berry till you are left with its seeds, discard the seeds.
  • In a blender or mixer blend the curd & milkmaid for 1-2 min.
  • Add the jamun,mango pieces & blend for a few seconds.
  • Pour the smoothie in glasses & top it with sliced jamun, mango pieces& pomegranate.
  • Serve chilled ....enjoy the yummy smoothie 👌😋
